January 1st 2012, A(nother) new beginning.

Okay, so this whole blogging this is difficult for me. For the most part it is just way too difficult to find a subject interesting enough to write about, and then find a way to talk about that subject in a way that is interesting enough to read about.

The main issue is length. Why write something that is 1000 words if people only want to read 100?

So my idea is to find one sports story that is interesting enough to suggest for people to read. One story, every day.

So here's the one for today.

It is nice to see an athlete challenge themselves in such a way and for a good cause. Recently the Mets have told R.A Dickey that they don't want him to climb, and he's told them to screw themselves (basically). Great stuff. Gotta love knuckleballers.
